Yes social networking sites make it possible now. You just need to sign up for a free account on a site then you will get a business or personal profile to show up your sales/products/company. Place some links to your products, make a poster to your affiliate links and you are in progress of social marketing.

There are many social marketing websites, they have more than millions of members, and you can broadcast to be most of them if you just utilize the time and learn the appropriate procedure.
